Who Are We?

Cub Scouts Pack 1011 - Indiana, PA

Cub Scouts Pack 1011 is based out of Indiana, PA and serves the Indiana community. As part of our mission, we seek to engage local youth to improve the world by inspiring leadership, character, and purpose. As part of this mission, we combine educational activities and lifelong values with fun to build our future leaders.

Part of the Pack 1011 mission is achieved by partnering not only with local children and their families, but also community organizations, committed and trained volunteers, and the Boy Scouts of America district council and staff. These partnerships allow our pack to provide extraordinary programs that strengthen values, develop leadership skills, and instill a habit of service to others.

So how do we accomplish our mission?? Our trained volunteers work with the designed program to provide fun and interactive activities to not only engage our youth members, but also teach valuable skills.

  • We camp....often. Through the cub scouts, there are various camping opportunities where scouts learns skills like wilderness safety, fire safety, use of tools, and various other necessary skills for any excursion outside.

  • We work together. Many of our activities are designed for a group which means lots of team building opportunities. Scouts work in groups to develop skits, play games, and complete tasks to earn their badges.

  • We serve our community. Our pack performs service projects on a regular basis and is always in search of ways to serve our community. Whether its collecting food for the food bank, honoring our veterans, or singing at local nursing homes, our scouts are giving back to our community.
